Camilla Luise Dahl Master in History, University of Copenhagen
Camilla Luise Dahl is specialized in costume in Medieval and Early Modern Scandinavia. She has worked extensively with written accounts of dress, both as editor of the Danish dress journal Dragtjournalen and as a researcher. She is the author of numerous scholarly works on Medieval and 16th-17th century dress.
She currently holds a position as visiting scholar at the Danish National Research Foundation’s Centre for Textile Research and is working on transcription of probate records from Danish towns. Within the Fashioning the Early Modern research project, Camilla Luise Dahl will focus on the dress of townspeople in 16th and 17th century Denmark-Norway.
